Simone: You’re not new to this. You’ve been doing this a long time. From what you’ve told me, you’re in the game.You’re IN the industry.

Nico: Yes…yes ( responds with a smile as she nods her head).

Simone: Knowing what you know now, what would you tell your younger self today?

Nico: I would tell my younger self the same thing I tell my grown woman self today. Don’t quit.

Nico: You know, it’s very well known throughout the industry that the industry is full of sharks.

Nico: I use to be afraid of the sharks. Now I’m learning how to swim with them. I’ma learn how to swim With them.
